CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because most of our items are customized and go into production immediately, we can only offer cancellations or changes for 12 hours after you place your order. Please email us ASAP if you would like to do that.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot rush any orders. Please make sure to check the estimated shipping times on your item before placing your order. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product's individual page, or below.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
MY COUPON CODE ISN’T WORKING.
Sometimes our system glitches, and the coupon codes don’t register. DON’T PLACE YOUR ORDER YET! Go ahead and email us and we will get it fixed so you can order.
I FORGOT TO ADD A COUPON CODE. CAN YOU ADJUST MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot adjust orders after they have been placed. Please make sure to add the coupon that you want before placing your order.
