Once you add your item(s) to your cart, shipping will be automatically calculated and added to your total. We ship everything through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the product, you will be able to choose from First Class Mail and Priority Mail Shipping. Once you order, you will receive an email that confirms your order and gives you a shipping estimate. Once your order ships, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
Please make sure that your address is correct before placing your order. Ezer & Pine is not responsible for paying extra shipping costs if the item is delivered to the wrong addressed or returned to sender. You will need to pay those costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Custom items ship within 5-7 business days (M-F), and non-custom items ship in 2-4 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number. If you have not received this email yet, it is likely that your order has not shipped. Please refer to the estimated shipping times above before reaching out to us. If you are still having trouble, send us an email!
MY ITEM ARRIVED TO ME DAMAGED. NOW WHAT?
First off, I am so sorry! I know how frustrating that is, and although we work hard to package with care, the post office doesn’t always operate with the same level of care. Within 3 days of arrival, please take photos of the damaged product and the outside of the package (this helps us prove to USPS that it was their fault). Then email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Again, please do this within 3 days of your package arriving.
return & refund policy
We do not offer returns/refunds on customized items. Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and sealed in original packaging. Email us at email@example.com to get a return started.

I WANT TO RETURN A NON-CUSTOM ITEM.
We totally understand! Because your item is not customized for you, it can be exchanged! We just ask that you pay the shipping to return the item to us, as well as the shipping to send the new item to you. Email us to get that process started.
MY PRODUCT HAS AN ERROR OR THE QUALITY IS POOR.

MY PRODUCT BROKE WHEN I USED IT.
While our products are high-quality and sturdy, unfortunately they are not indestructible. If your item breaks within 7 days of receiving your package, we will replace it. If it has been more than 7 days, we are not able to replace the item.
